The core of this skill is choosing the right integration surface, not just 'use Claude API'. The source tells you to decide between a single API call, a tool-use workflow, or the Agent SDK, then route into Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, Ruby, C#, PHP, or cURL guidance.
The source also gives hard defaults: `claude-opus-4-6`, adaptive thinking for non-trivial tasks, and streaming for longer requests. Use it when you are integrating Anthropic SDKs into a real application, not when you are only discussing models in the abstract.
